  1. inability to connect to server can be cause by a ton of different reasons, here's the top reasons: 
- App out of date (Fix: Update your game).
- Servers are down (Fix: Try again later).
- Bad internet (Fix: Succumb to the reality                      that you need an internet upgrade).
